DaytailDelete your account
The quickest path is inside Daytail: open Settings → Sync → Delete account & cloud data. After confirmation, Daytail removes your Supabase account and synchronized planner records, then clears the app’s local planner data on that device.
Request deletion without the app
Email daytail.help@outlook.com from the address used for your Daytail account. Put “Daytail account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify control of that address before deletion.
What is deleted
- Your Daytail authentication account.
- Synced semesters, courses, assignments, events, exams, grades, timetable entries, recurring rules, notes, and synced preferences.
- Support correspondence when it is no longer needed for security or legal obligations.
What may remain
Files you exported and operating-system backups are controlled by you and the storage provider you selected. Remove those copies separately. Limited request records may be retained only where required for fraud prevention or law.
